Econo Lodge Inn & Suites East Houston I-10

Room was very very clean and spacious and no smoke smell which is always a plus. I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and it still felt high class. Carla at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet she made the check in process very smooth. Would reccomend for nice rooms that are budget friendly.

Great room…Reasonably priced for what I used it for. Hotel attendant wasn’t nosey and seemed chill.

Pro's & Con's: Con's - not sure if they're going through a rebuilding phase but computers, public restrooms & elevators are non functional. Hallway carpets really are in need of a shampoo! Not sure about anything else. Pro's - great staff, housekeeping daily & great price for you contractors seeking a good perdiem price. I'd stay again!

Service was great very nice people and with a feel good environment. For the price you can't go wrong. Nice clean rooms and plenty of locations to eat near by. In all it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be staying there again.

Awesome! Great price, front desk was on point and very helpful. Breakfast was the usual and ranned out fast. Waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs that tasted weird. :-) All the staff were very friendly. Maids were very attentive to us since we slept during the day and worked at night. They didn't disturb us and issued us fresh towels before we went in to sleep. King bed was very comfy with thick comforter and pillows. We even used the on property laundry room that was very affordable. If ever in town again, we will return here. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. I needed to find a grocery store to get food ,The front desk staff member assisted me in locating a store within walking distance . The rooms are very clean , the bed and pillows were comfortable. Most of all No bed bugs !!! Overall , I enjoyed my stay ! I will definitely be back next month.

The front desk never came back from their nap to print up a receipt for our company travel. She didn't even put breakfast out on time she didn't do it at all. Housekeeping was nice and when we needed towels they were given to us quickly. Very polite. The front desk person needs to be talked to due to failure of customer service.

Staff was very friendly including housekeeping they were fantastic. I had my baby while staying there and the ladies were very sweet to me during and made sure I had cleaning done every day. Rooms were nice and spacious we loved the rainfall shower head especially. Bit of a gnat problem but overall would stay there again.
